Good
We have stayed here before in January just after it was opened. It is a comfy place with friendly staff and is quiet. Breakfast is good and everything is in great shape and very clean. I'm sure we will stay here again on our next house hunting...

Don't be fooled by the word "resort" in their title, it's anything but. We were put on the top floor facing the water, which was great, we thought at first. We dropped our stuff and hit the beach before checking out the room completely. When we got back later that night we discovered that the beds were hard as rocks with no give at all. and the springs could be felt through the mattresses. My 6-year-old daughter had no problem falling asleep on the bumpy slab, but my wife and I had to steal her comforter, double it up, and do the same with ours, putting them both underneath us. The window air-conditioner kept us up most of the night anyway.
The next morning I asked to be moved to a different room. The clerk gave me a room key and I literally went to 15 different rooms before I found a bed that was reasonable. Usually I'm not so picky, but come on! Later that night we got back to the new room and we could smell a very strong presence of mildew and mold coming from the bathroom. Sure enough, along the edges of the tub was a host of black mold, considered very, very dangerous to people with asthma. My daughter coughed all night even with the bathroom door closed. Thank goodness she doesn't have respiratory problems. My wife told me later that she was freaked out by the condition of the bed covers. She found many non-head hairs embedded into the fabric of the covers. We immediately left in the morning to find a new hotel.
Also, you may find some pictures on Hotels.com but these aren't representational at all. The main picture of a hotel isn't even theirs. Their hotel is the small one on the very left of the picture. They also have a picture of a pool on the same page. That is their pool (missing the palm frond we found at the bottom) but the hotel in the background is not their hotel. And the picture of the family in a spacious room is not from their hotel either. The only one that is truly theirs is the last one with the two beds with horrible colored bedspreads. This is the reason you won't find any pictures on their own web page.
I didn't get a hassle from the staff about the beds or even about checking out early with a refund on the remaining two nights. That's the last thing I needed right then and was happy that I didn't have to fight with anyone about it.
Shop around some more before considering this "resort" hotel.

They had some false advertising on their website. The pictures on the website made it look like we were staying at a hotel right on the beach, but in reality, we were a block away.
