I love that all rooms are on the beach. You open up the door, you have the pool, hammocks by the sand dunes, and then the beach is right there. Rooms are basic - but I have stayed at pricier chain hotels on the beach that had more issues. Staff was nice, room had the basic necessities. They offer gas grills to cook out on - just a nice place to stay

Cigarette ashes, hairs and pubic hairs in the bed of a supposedly cleaned room totally turned my stomach. Yes there was good beach access along with other nice features but I couldn't get past the bed.

The air conditioner didn't work either but per the front desk clerk no trouble, the heat worked and since it was a water fed system it would be blowing cold air even though it was set on heat. One problem though the heat wouldn't go off automatically so we would need to turn it off manually when the room got to cold. What the heck is up with that! I'm pretty sure if I had pitched a fit he would have put us in another room, but in my opinion that should have been a given. Guess you get what you pay for.

This is one of the best motels I have ever stayed in. It's not a very high-class, show-off place; it's a place where you would go for a family vacation. The area is magnificent and safe. Although the pool isn't all that great, why go to the pool when your balcony is practically on the ocean! If you're going to the beach, definitely stay here, it's amazing!!! :)

I've stayed here three times. The sound of the ocean is incredible. Direct access to the beach. Not a fancy motel but so relaxing! I'd love to stay for a month. A great place to think and to reconnect with yourself.
