The Sea Gull Motel was purchased by its current owners, the Nichols Family, in 1964. In 1971, the Sea Gull underwent a twenty-room upgrade, with the addition of an entire floor. Since then, it has become a popular, clean, and relaxing seashore getaway with a convenient location, just steps from the boardwalk and beach.
You will be pleased to know, the Sea Gull Motel staff is comprised primarily of loyal, long-time employees. You can be assured that your stay will be attended to by experienced personnel, who have pride in their work. One chambermaid has been here for 16 years - another for 11! Our maintenance staff has also been with us for quite some time.

The people that own and run the Sea gull are the best....anything you need they will help. It is just a short walk to the Boardwalk and the beach. Parking is the only draw back, but even that is not a major problem.

Sea Gull motel is a really nice place.. the maid and employee are really nice and they make sure to please all y0ur needs.. the rooms are clean and comfortable.. the pool is heated and really nice... the location of the motel is excellent.. is...
We will never stay there again. The parking lot was cramped and it had broken glass everywhere. It is far from the rides. Very small, and the pool was cold like ice. it wA 80 DEGRESS AND MY SON COULD NOT GO IN CAUSE IT WAS FREEZING.and lots of high...
