Hello!! I am the public relations manager at this motel and first of all I would like to apologize for any bad experience you had at our motel. We do acknowledge the problems and have been trying hard to rectify them as soon as possible. We have recently made significant changes in our staffing (Front desk and room service) and conditions of our motel since July 1st which are still under way and almost completed. I would like to assure you that the next time you come in we will make your stay pleasant as it should be . Again from the bottom of my heart i apologize and hope that u will give us another chance.

I always have to leave my car and fly out for weeks. This is the first time I have used their Parking service only because where I normally park was full. I was in and out so FAST. And I paid less here. I will definitely use this place more often. And the staff was friendly which is always a plus.

I needed a cheap place for a weak in Seattle. After making a few calls this was the best deal I got. I have to say that I didnt expect much but all my needs were fulfilled during my stay. They have enforce strict policies which, tho harsh, made me feel secure during my stay there. I spent a lot of time in the lobby when I wasnt working, where they have 2 computers for their guests use FREE of charge. I've stayed at hotels where I was charged from $25-$30 for 1/2 hour use. The staff is fun to be around, They have a diverse and vibrant group of people working there. Its not a 5 star but i wasnt "vacationing" where i needed a luxurious stay. I'd get one nights stay at a five star for what i paid for 5 days here with great service.

This place is absolutely disgusting. It was filthy and smelled of urine.
There was a fridge with old muffins and half eaten, left over pancakes still in it. The pull down bed had quite a collection of debris inside of it. As another person had mentioned, it should be reported to both the Better Business Bureau and the Seattle Airport. They should be informed of who is advertising and the type of accommodations they are providing.
I would have gladly slept on the cold airport floor as opposed to ever staying here! I would have rated it 0/10 but that was not an option. We did not stay, after 10 minutes of surveying the disgusting place we called another hotel to come and pick us up. I would never return!

Watch out for the shady management. They will try to scam you whenever possible. We received prices other than those that we were quoted over the phone.
When we decided to cancel our second night stay (it was that bad), we were given less than a full refund even with four days notice. Their pickup service is very poor, we waited for about a half hour before a vehicle arrived.
The only reason they didn't get a lower score is because 1 is the lowest that was available.

The only thing that might improve this hotel would be to tear it down. Seriously, for your life's sake, sleep on a park bench before staying here. Oh, and you might find a nice juicy bag of molded shrimp under your bed, I did.

Avoid the Sea-Tac Crest Motor Inn. The airport has a sign for them claiming $40 rooms, but their web site claims $45, but when you get there they switch up even more. When I called to make a reservation for the room I said that I wanted a $45 room, I even asked the person on the other end to verify that I was getting a room for $45 and she said Yes. When I arrived they charged me $70. I complained and said that I specifically requested a $45 room, but they said that their rooms were all $70. I didn't have anywhere else to stay, so I had to pay the $70. The staff made no attempts to make me feel comfortable, and one of them even hung up on me when I called for a shuttle from the airport. When I finally got to my room, I found the sink covered in hair and toothpaste. There wasn't even an alarm clock! This place is a scam. Avoid it; spend the money on a real hotel.
Close to airport.Reception disorganized, poor policies, seedy characters around, needs upgrading.“Good location. Pick up shuttle was prompt but desk clerk rented out our room because our flight delayed forty min. We had no place to stay at 3:30am...
