We were pleasantly surprised! Booking a Timeshare week for a "studio" we found the largest "studio" we have ever exchanged to. ALL rooms are ocean view- parking was not a problem, staff was most helpful and pleasant. We more than likely will try to get an exchange back there next year, just hope a few owners deposit their weeks!!

made reservations for honeymoon, stayed two previous times there.. when arrived room wasn't what i reserved ordered oceanfront above 11th floor got.... 10th floor facing street... was treated so bad went to another motel... charged me for full week asked to be refunded still waiting for refund.. very rude staff......and management !

Spent a week there recently and will be back next year. It's location could not be better, close to all the activity but far away to find peace and quiet when we were ready. The staff were all helpful and pleasant and the rooms were spacious and clean.

This is a great hotel with one exception, they have handicapped parking spots right by the front door but the bad thing is the signs can be spun around to read parking for all and a lot of the time people spin the signs to read parking for all and the handicapped have to go across the street to the parking deck to park. The hotel should make the signs so that they can't be spun around or better yet they should paint handicapped parking only signs on the ground so that the people that really need these spots can get them and not the people that spin the signs around and steal the spots from handicapped people. I have stayed there 3 times and seen this happen often.

This is a wonderful hotel located right on the beach. Our room was perfect for Valentine's Day. We had a very comfortable bed, a small kitchen area, a sofa (that folded out for another bed if needed) and a jacuzzi tub. The staff was friendly and helpful and everyone was cheerful for our entire stay. I particularly liked the close parking and the great views of the beach and the ocean. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel also offers golf packages and seems to be able to get very good rates!
