We had reserved a room for 1 night the first leg of our trip and another 1 night the last leg of our trip via online travel website. I had confirmations for both stays. When we got there for our 1st night the woman told us we didn't have a...
18 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Rooms are very dirty and the staff was very rude about the situation. Our room was tucked away in the back of the building and secluded by a fence. We were very dissapointed and asked for a refund the second we went to our room. They said that they would not do that and screamed at me as well hung up on my mother.
