48 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Upon arrival and check-in we were not told about the extra charge for the refrigerator. We thought it was included in the price. Things escalated, and needless to say we will not be staying at Scottish Inn anymore.

I am not likely to return to the Scottish Inns and Suites Ormond Beach.
I would not recommend it to friends.
