Scottish Inns and Suites Absecon Hotel - Page 1

We first stayed in this hotel several months ago. During the middle of the night we received several phone calls with a male making sexual comments. At that time we thought it was possibly just another guest calling rooms and doing this as a prank because right after our phone rang we could hear the phone in the next room ring and since the walls are thin we could hear what that guest was saying and we knew it was a prank call also.

We returned recently and the exact thing happened the first night. In the middle of the night we received two phone calls with a male making sexual comments. Right after that call, the next room received a call. We could hear this guest call the front desk to complain after the second call in a row. Since this happened twice, it has to be a hotel employee doing it. It would be too much of a coincidence for it to happen on two separate occasions several months apart for it to be another guest. And the rooms don't have direct dial numbers so the calls had to be coming from inside the hotel. We were very paranoid the remainder of our stay, but were afraid to complain since it is most likely a hotel employee and it appeared that it was all family members working there. We just took the phone off the hook for the rest of our stay.

Needless to say, we will never return and we recommend you all stay away also!
