Scottish Inns Silver Springs Hotel

I don't think the maids cleaned as well as they should have. My two-year-old had an accident in the bathroom floor. After the maids had been there, you could still see it -- I know they could not have mopped. There was hair in the bathroom after the maids left, also around the sink. The refrigerator was not plugged up, so we had to wait for that. Flooring was half vacuumed. There was an item that was in the drawers instead of out. The ice maker did not work, so if we wanted ice we had to go in the office and they had like a bag of ice in a freezer; now imagine we had 7 people and how long that little container for the room would hold. The pool area should have been updated too.
