Horrible
This motel has really gone down hill in the past few years. Stayed before during Honda Hoot, at a low rate. This time, also got charged double for "Event Week". Was happy I didn't spend much time AT this motel.

DOES NOT look like the photos. The place is VERY run down and nasty. Motel people were rude. This place rates in the minus. Don't be surprised to see hookers and crack addicts.

The location is great close to downtown Knoxville and the Knoxville airport. The rooms are very clean and definitely worth the price. The staff was also very helpful.
