Newly constructed hotel located on the southwest side of the city on Loop 323. The Zoo, Harvey Convention Center and the Rose Garden are just minutes away. We are close to shopping and Tyler State Park. Lake Palestine is 20.6 miles. In order to cancel your reservation you must cancel via booking method that you booked thru, in order to avoid a charge for no show. Please specify smoking or nonsmoking. If you are going to arrive later than midnight on day of arrival, you must contact hotel to inform hotel that your arrival will be later than midnight or hotel will not hold your reservation after midnight.

71 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The pillows were flat. The room, designated non-smoking, smelled strongly of smoke. The bathroom had mildew and stains that could have been easily eliminated. We mostly RV; that way, the dirt is our dirt.
