They have a great staff! You can park your car at your room and walk to town. We planned to sleep for only one night but stayed for five.
It was nicely priced, clean, helpful, and close to all the fun in Gatlinburg without having to find a parking spot, haul luggage up and down elevators, or deal with uninformed and non-caring corporate employees. We plan to return again and again.
