Nice expensive sign. Lousy rooms. Bed hard as a rock, outlet falling out of the wall, hole in wall by door, office smelled horrible, no lighting in the soda/ice area (it is outside), dimly lit parking area, did not feel safe at all, no fridge or...

Horrible
The room was dirty, smelled, heat didn't work, mold in the bathroom, bed was uncomfortable, and the attendent was not there in the morning to get coffee or turn in the keys. And we could have purchased the same room for $55. a night instead of $65.
I like the location and quiet of the place. Rooms are a good size but could use an update. For the cost, it's worth it. I've been there a few times and am going back tonight! :...

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Got the impression that the guy did vereything on his own, like cleaning the rooms and so. To bad that the reception didn't smell...

Excellent
This was a great place to stay at. I was up there for my bar exam and it was so quiet. I actually got to study every night and day peacefully. Nice and clean and the front desk guys were very friendly and helpful.
Great food and great service. Even though there was a wait when we got there on a Friday night, and it was very busy, our waitress made sure that she was kind and curious and there was always someone walking around to make sure that we had our...

It is the most peaceful place in albany. I stay in Albany quite often and so far I liked it here because it's just so quiet and right across from the mall.

I loved the location and the workers. They were all so kind and gave us excellent room service. I had to leave them a $20 tip before I left (they were that good!) and if they can IMPRESS me then they can definately impress you. I highly recommend ...
