The perfect place make by mud when you don t want to stay in a hotel room that is the same as every other room the world over. The family, staff and very friendly family dogs made you feel welcome and feel as if you are experiencing the real Thailand. A wonderful place to stay, a short distance from night markets, the old city etc and with a short stroll through the garden to the Ping River. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who would prefer a fantastic Thailand experience rather than a chocolate-on-the-pillow style characterless hotel.

This is coming home in Thailand... The very friendly owners of Scorpion Tail have a natural feeling of hospitality.Without disturbing you in your privacy they are always there for you for questions,bookings,good advices and a friendly word. Or a little playing around with their great,cute dog. They manage to give you the feeling of being family within the shortest time. The rooms are very clean and cosy. Breakfast is made with love. We first stayed one night when we left for a 4day trip by car. Coming back we looked forward to stay another night here,as we said before,the feeling of coming home a bit. Just great!!! Also recommendable is the trip on the scorpion tail boat wich is owned by them. Don t doubt to book this nice place...
