A turn-of-the-century farmhouse, Scarlett's Country Inn is built on the site of a Wappo Indian settlement; obsidian arrowheads can still be found on the grounds. The back of the property is wooded with tall pines and the cottage in under a giant oak and overlooks a vineyard.Breakfast, served at your choice of times between 8-10 a.m., includes such menus as freshly squeezed orange juice, pineapple strawberry fruit platter, oatmeal banana buttermilk pancakes, chicken apple sausages.

Excellent
Scalett was wonderful to us. We received a warm greeting with cheese and wine. Breakfast times were flexible and DELICIOUS! There was a hot tub to relax in the evening, and Scarett even left out towels specially for us. The location was...
Scarlett, the owner, is a conversationalist, a gourmet cook, who served us abalone, and delivered our coffee and a scone to our room. Her inn is on a natural forest of pine trees.
