Scandic Residence: a modern business hotel with personality. We offer 66 comfortable rooms, all of them equipped with wireless network (free of charge). We also have easy accessible meeting facilities and a guest-pc in the lobby. The hotel is located on the market square of central Trondheim, with business districts, shops and tourist attractions all within walking distance of the hotel.

An old hotel from the 1914 in Jugend style, renovated in February 2000. Centrally located close to many tourist attractions and ideally situated in the Business district. Our rooms are newly renovated in British style. All rooms are comfortable and well equipped for the traveller and business man.

Okay
Hotel was centrally located - perhaps the best spot in town. However, the rooms were very outdated considering the high price. I would not stay in this hotel again. Thon Hotel appears to provide more value.
