Excellent
I travel a lot to the area so I have learned to ask a few questions when checking into a condo hotel. The lobby was very nice but to get the best room at the best price you just have to get a drink in the lounge or at the cafe to find out about the...
40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I HAD A BEACH STYLE ROOM LIGHT BLUE WALLS WITH WHITE BEAD BOARD VERY UPSCALE. THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING AND THE LOCATION WAS MINUTES FROM THE AIRPORT. iT'S A MARINA HOTEL NOT A BEACH HOTEL SO IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE POOL.
This is a Holiday Inn that has been coverted to a Cay Club location. The rooms are nicely done and well appointed. They have buffet style eating. We did breakfast and it was acceptable, but the help was not very attentive.
Horrible Location, Dirty Rooms, Bad Staff

Mediocre
Don't be fooled by the pictures, this motel is right on Route 41, a six-lane highway. Two of the three buildings don't have exterior corridors, so your door opens onto the highway and there's a lot of noise all night. It's across...
43 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
I was charged the exact amount twice for a lunch I had. I have called their accounting department three times, sales once, and the general manager twice. It has been almost one month and I have not received the credit to my debit account that was promised.
This is very poor customer service. The chairs in the conference rooms are very uncomfortable and they barely had any coffee. They were always running out of stuff and we would have to chase someone down to get it. I don't recommend it. There is no excuse for poor customer service.

The staff was great, they were very, very helpful and polite. Getting into the Cay is relatively easy, however getting out is another story. The incline leaving the parking area is very steep and you have to contend with the speed demons on Hwy 41, other than that, I had a wonderful stay and will visit again when my travel plans permit.
