The air conditioning unit was not operating properly. I called the desk and reported it and someone was there to fix it right away. A new unit was installed. I was offered another room if it couldn't be fixed that day.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The employees remembered us by name. At night while sitting in the bar, we shared family stories etc. There was never a dull moment! We were there with a big wedding party. We were well taken care of!
