I have stayed here the past 3 years when visiting and it was okay if all you needed were a bed, shower, toilet, sink, and TV. No frills here!
This year was different. I had no hot water in my room and not only were they uncooperative and unsympathetic, I actually got kicked out for complaining about it and demanding that something done (fixed, compensated, etc.)!
After finding another hotel room, I went back to make sure nothing would be charged to my credit card and found out that I had already been charged for one night! The person didn't credit my card, he just gave me cash back. I'm glad I went back and checked! I'll be watching my statement to make sure they didn't charge me for anything else!
I reserved the room two weeks in advance and I don't expect (or require) much from this place, but I feel it's not too much to ask to have hot water in your room. Apparently, they feel otherwise. You would be much better off spending your hard-earned money somewhere else.
