Okay
I used to travel yearly to Sandusky and stay at this hotel. Boy, things change in 9 years. The hotel is run down and needs much updating. I actual room was clean, but the rest of the hotel was very dirty. The staircase going up to our room was...

staff was friedly, and very help ful, with directions, and rooms where clean, nice showers and i would remended to friends and family i defentily will stay there...
35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The whole place smelled like mold. They did not have any pillows or blankets. They called and said I must leave when I thought check out was at noon. They individually wrapped all the breakfast items (each piece of bread!!!) so bugs wouldn't crawl on them. When I called to complain they said "you are entitled to your opinion, too bad". I will NEVER stay in a Best Western if this is what is common for their hotels.

The hotel is close to Cedar Point but not too close. The guests were very rowdy so it was not ideal for me and my young child. The staff was responsive and friendly, though.
I am not likely
to return to the Sandusky Inn & Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

Okay
The hotel was clean but needed updated. No trash can in room. Was very close to the park. The shower only had a pipe, no nice shower head. Staff was courteous.
