I was very pleased and impressed with our recent stay at the Sands Ocean Club. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the location was great, the rooms were clean, the staff was accomodating, and the price was very reasonable. It's a perfect recipe. We'll be back.

Been staying here for past 7 yrs..consistantly going down hill. Just NASTY and outdated. Very poorly furnished in every way! Don't stay here just because of Ocean Annies entertainment either!!! Same old, predictable stuff.

Horrible
We have stayed here before but this time was deplorable. Cockroaches all in the bathroom and when reported to the front desk, they offered to give us a can of bug spray. Left that mornng . Will never stay here...

When we arrived we were notified that maintenance would be changing our locks. Two days later they finally came and interrupted our nap and privacy. We spoke with the front desk prior to this asking when they thought they would change the locks, they just said "soon" that they would be working until 9pm that night. We said that we felt inconvenienced having to wait around, and they said "no need to wait". Hasn’t anyone ever heard of privacy? So, needless to say, there could be no alone time for two out of the four days because we never knew when someone would show up wanting to come inside. They treated us like we were nothing more than a number. We will never return to this place.

This hotel was great. It's a little older and you can tell but everyone was very nice. great staff! location wasn't to bad as your right off "kings highway." I would definitly stay again. oh the elavator makes a lot of noise and show be replaced.

I love it here. I have been here eighteen times in eighteen years! It is a great place but this year we are noticing things changing but not for the good! It is not being up kept as well as in the past!

Arrived at hotel, front desk personnel were not very welcoming, room was ok (showed its wear), shower was well used, water temperature was deplorable. Would work at adjusted temperature for a few minutes then would get scolding hot and could not be...
