We found the room very comfortable (and quiet!!!); and the location on State Street perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We will stay again when we return to Santa Barbara.

You're going to need reservations if anything whatsoever is going on in the community because this place books fast and there's usually a waiting list to get in.

Booked two rooms for different days and cancelled and rebooked, but staff kept on top of everything and confirmed that we wanted what we asked for. Rooms and bedding were clean; staff was friendly. Near showgrounds which worked great for us going...

The bed in the first room had bugs. Switched to new room and it was OK. Room cleanliness has a lot to be desired, but in Santa Barbara, I guess for the price you get what you pay for.

Size of the room was nice, and free wireless internet.Not walk able to downtown. Very nice for the price, not as close to downtown as I would have liked, but not a far drive. Nice sized room, and free wireless internet.

Great Staff!Bedding could be upgraded. Staff extremely customer service oriented! Bathroom was very clean. Bedding could be upgraded. But I will stay there again. Nothing enhances a stay more than friendly and helpful staff.
