Good part - right on the ocean.
Bad part - Very beat up beach hotel. Sheets on bed were never changed, I know I marked the sheets and the mark I put on the sheets were still there after the room was cleaned. Reservations made 1 month prior to stay were $30.00 more than someone who walked in off the street. When I ask to speak to the Manager concerning these issues, he was not available. I made many calls to the manager the following week and he never returned my call. The staff was next to useless.

Once you book a room, the number of beds (i.e. 2 Queens or 1 King) are not guaranteed. Then they slam you with a $25.00 cancellation fee if this is unacceptable to you.
