35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My 10 yr. old daughter and I had to evacuate the room due to smoke coming out of the electrical outlet, which I never even used, but when they re-connected all the wires they told me I was safe to go back in the same room.
After fighting with management that spoke poor English, they offered me a whopping 10% discount, which I never received. No towels in the rooms, housekeeping was terrible, along with the management. No towels were by the poolside, so kids had to air dry until they got to the rooms, if they were lucky enough to have towels in them. Only good thing is they didn't charge me for the extras in the room- like mice. I spent almost 3 hours just trying to take care of the electrical problem. Please be very careful if you chose this hotel. The indoor pool was under maintenance and we couldn't even use that.

The variety the hotel offered.Needs more signage for checking in. Very nice hotel, good variety of things to do. however the main entrance for checking in is at the back and its very congested where you pull up to the entrance.
