Great location and the conceiarge and bell desk were very friendly.
The front desk was incompetent and a bunch of idiots. They couldn't find our reservation, and accused us of trying to cheat our way into the hotel. When we showed them our confirmation number and printout from the website, they never apologized for the insults.
Then when our key was deactivated on the second night, once again they couldn't find our reservation and tried to have us moved to another room at 1230 in the morning. In their minds, it was once again our fault.

Upon arrival, we were informed that it was $55 to park our car with the valet and that there was no self parking. Another words, you must pay another 30% on top of your rate to check in.

Stayed at the SF Marriott for New Years and enjoyed the stay. Clean rooms, not noisy at all considering it was New Years. Place was a mad house but staff was prepared and attentive.
