37 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

New York can be scary when it comes to hotel rooms, especially if you are on a tight budget. My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. Their cleanliness was astounding, the staff was helpful and courteous and eager to assist us with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and I cannot wait to go back and visit NYC again. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I am very likely to return to the San Carlos Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

38 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

It was clean, classy, and friendly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I had an opportunity to talk with the owner. He and his staff were very polite and engaging.

I am very likely to return to the San Carlos Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
