If you want to enjoy the room, pool, food, and entertainment, besides gambling, you should go to Sams town. Me and my husband are staying again, in the next few nights while on our mini vacation. What can I say except the rooms that we've stayed in have been wonderful with a view of the red river and a Jacuzzi. There's an all night restaurant plus plenty of other places to to go close around. You can walk or catch a ride to many other places, like the board walk located right across the river. As I said we are going again matter of fact tomorrow for a leisure get away. All I can really say is it's a nice hotel , gambling, and just pure fun. They also have a convention center and people to help you with any need you have. I would recommend Sams town to anyone for any reason of stay.

The bed was comfortable, with nice down comforter. The bathroom was large.

The water was all hot one day and all cold another day. The maintenance men were of no help.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I was waited on hand and foot.

I had to use the bathroom, but in my first room, the bathroom reeked and when I lifted the lid I saw the toilet was clogged and full of disgusting brown water, so I called the front desk and asked if I could please switch rooms immediately. I was simply told a plumber was coming. I called again and I said that the smell was really getting to me and I asked again if I could switch rooms. Then they finally agreed, but I still had to go all the way down to the front desk with all my belongings just to give them the old key and pick up the new key to the new room that was on the same floor I was already on. Getting everything packed and getting dressed again was a real pain, but then they did ultimately switch my room, so then everything was fine after that.

I booked two days and I wanted to stay for a third day. I had to change rooms because the one I was in was already booked by someone else. I went to a lesser room for more money.

I like the hotel very much because of the people.

The hotel room could have been a bit cheaper and the buffet was not that good. But the steakhouse was very good except for the price.

I had a wonderful time. They had just about everything you needed there.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was very quiet except for a fire alarm test in the early morning. I was surprised that the room had a refrigerator. We had a great time. It is in walking distance to several good sights.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone was very friendly, most even took the time to tell us their names if we needed help. Some even remembered our faces the following day.
