Front desk was helpful and friendly.Room comfort was poor. Restaurant staff was slow and unfriendly. Room quality was poor. Double beds, too soft and not very clean.
79 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I was there as a region president for a large non-profit organization. While there was a conference chairman who worked most closely with the events manager, he was extremely accessible and courteous to me, and made sure I had full information about the arrangements as they were made. The amenities that welcomed me were generous and thoughtful. The location was very convenient for tours, etc. The bellmen and maids were very helpful with our requests for extra service.
The colors and furnishings were peaceful.
I am very likely
to return to the Salt Lake City Marriott Downtown.
