It's a great location. The maid was a little rude, but the rest of the staff was relatively helpful.

They have the best staff of any hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel has a great location. It is comfortable and quiet for being in the middle of the city. I loved the value and the friendliness and the helpfulness of all the staff.
This hotel made me feel secure: The doorman at the door knew our name. He escorted us from the door to the street and back in upon our return. He was attentive to monitoring all the persons entering the hotel.
I am

to return to the Salisbury Hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance of almost anything you could want to do. The tour buses are really fun.

The hotel has a good location, very close to Central Park. But there was quite a walk to lower Manhattan.

The elevators were slow and one was out of order. The Salisbury's rooms on the front of the hotel were too noisy. And, the toilet/ensuite door was hard to close.
