Sailport is Tampa's only waterfront all suite hotel. It's spacious 1 bedroom suites have separate bedrooms, living rooms with sofa sleepers, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and private balconies - all with water views. Each suite also has 2 televisions, 2 telephones, CD player and free wireless internet access. Other amenities include a heated waterfront pool, sunning beach, tennis court and fishing pier, along with free coffee, bagels and sweet rolls served each morning from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Sailport is convenient to all Tampa area attractions and locations. Free shuttle serivce is provided to and from Tampa Airport from 7AM to 10 PM. There is a $1.17 per day charge for unlimited local calls, 800 calls, credit card calls and voice mail service. Minimum check-in age - 21

Outside of building looked nice. Inside, a different story. We booked over the internet for 2 nights, ended up leaving the after the first night. Rooms small, furniture nasty, sliding door doesn't lock, blinds covering the sliding door missing louvers, so called bunk beds are really more like camper trailer cushion and have no ladder to get in the top bunk. Save your money!

Small condo type apartment. Only complaints are the bed was lumpy and needs new mattress. Slept on sofa bed which was only moderately comfortable. Other thing is that the walls are thin. Could hear TV's and doors sliding open and shut. Wonderful...
