Loved: Location across from pretty college campus (Pasadena City College), nice grounds with tropical plants and flowers, convenient to Old Pasadena shopping and restaurants, quiet, safe, well-lit public areas. Easy to get on any highways.

Unhappy with: very skimpy breakfast that was rated highly in other web sites, room heater that didn't work although it's not supposed to get so cold in CA.

Pluses: Clean ,unsmelly rooms and bath; pleasant employees who responded to all questions and requests; abundant towels without asking; spacious room.
