Our hotel is the only one in Flagstaff featuring an indoor heated pool and spa. Our 66 remodeled rooms are spacious and have amenities for both the business and leisure guest. We have satellite remote control TVs with 25 stations including HBO. We have plenty of free parking and you can park right outside of your room. We offer Free High Speed Internet, free local calls and toll-free access and we have fax and copy service available at a nominal fee. We also welcome Pets. I will never stay there again. Out of three nights stay, maid service was only once. The noise from adjacent rooms kept us up and red eyed the next day. When front desk was called no attempt was made to stop it. Banging on the walls would have...

Had some concerns before booking here,but the choice was not bad either Clean and comfortable accommodation. The location was great with access to many places of tourist attractions.Good hospitality and dedicated service from all the hotel staff.Fair for the budget traveler.

Horrible
Not a good choice at all. Seedy residents, general poor maintenance, but to say something positive, the room had a microwave. There are nice hotels in Flagstaff, this isn't one of them.
