This hotel is ideally located just down from the city centre.
We booked over the net, had a booking number, but the reservation was not recorded. However, the receptionist followed up and kept the deal for us.
Our room was nice; clean and tidy. However, it was not very sound proof, and the people in the room next door kept talking out on their balcony. We advise reception, and got a shoulder shrug.
Also, there was a fire alarm that rang for an hour, and no-one told us what was going on. There was no comment in the morning either.
The hotel is ideally located on the outer edge of CBD, near China-Town and Darling Harbor.
