love location, not right in the middle of everything but close to everything. pool was closed for the first day we were there. this was our second year there , great way to spend your birthday...
We have stayed in several hotels in the area and were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this one. Yes, the furnishings and amenities are a bit dated, but it was very clean, great water pressure in the shower and very pleasant and helpful staff....

I've stayed at 5 star hotels and real dumps. For someone traveling cheap, but still wants the excitement of the city, without having to drive, park and walk alot, its the place. Right on the main drag! The pool is right above the street. Its usually pretty quite.
Its an older hotel, but everything worked. I had no problems with the staff or other guests and was able to relax when I wanted too.
Its nice and yes, I would advise others with a limited budget and even those with extra cash, to stay.

This place is not fancy but it's clean, the waters hot, the bed's are firm and it's easy to walk all of Gatlinburg from here. You can stay in more modern places but you can't beat the value for your money.

everything was very nice about the hotel, so nice that i would be glad to come again it was located in the perfect spot. my family and i walked in every direction from this hotel.
