I stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend and it was great! The staff was friendly, the room was larger then I expected and it had a fridge and microwave. Towels and sheets were clean so I'm not getting the bad reviews. I will be staying here again whenever I come to town!
I stayed at the Royal Sun Inn over Memorial Day Weekend and it was perfect in every way! The staff was very friendly, the room was larger then I thought it would be and it came with a fridge and microwave. Towels and sheets were fresh so I'm not understanding why there are bad reviews. I will stay there again!
I liked it that it wasn't too expensive and that I could have waffles for breakfast. I didn't like how people slamming doors kept me awake all night, but not the hotels fault. The big problem I had was the air conditioning, not getting cool...

:) Happy Camper. My husband and I were in Palm Springs last 8/11/04 and we had actually checked in to another hotel, but there was some ventilation problem so they housed us at Royal Sun Inn. I am so glad that we ended up at this place becuase the staff was great and the pool was just right. Its worth more than the price that the rooms were set in and they are very accomodating.
I am very likely
to return to the Royal Sun Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Poor Owners. The hotel interior is just so-so...great location..I was charged for a safe that I never asked for or used..the owners would not refund the deposit. POOR handling of customer service.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Royal Sun Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

Not recommended. I was housed here with my husband when the hotel we originally checked in to had some problems with their AC. The staff here are very accomidating even though we didnt check in until 11pm. They were out of standard room so they housed us at an upgraded one!!! im just glad that we ended up here. Its worth the money you pay.

We stayed at this hotel from Dec. 23-25. It was HORRIBLE. It was the WORST hotel we've been to. We were at unit 232. But during our first night, we weren't able to sleep because we can hear noises of footsteps from the ceiling of our...
