Our stay was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean, beds comfortable and very nice. I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a classy place - off the craziness of Bourbon street.
I'm staying at the Royal Sonesta right now and I'm unhappy with it. The main thing is that I'm in a non-smoking room but someone either above or next to me has been smoking non-stop for days and my entire room...
