Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston Hotel - Page 2

The location of the hotel is better than we expected. The hotel is directly across from a great shopping mall, plus it is right along the Charles River, which is accessible to great views as well as river tours. We've stayed in hotels in many cities and thought our experience at Royal Sonesta was the best. The complimentary shuttles as well as the conceirge helped us out. The best part of the hotel was our view. We choose a multi-city view and ended up with an amazing view of the city. Next time we visit Boston we'll be staying at the Sonesta!!

They upgraded me to a river view room on the 7th floor. The help was outstanding and the location was perfect right next to the Museum on Science and the train station. Beautiful room and wonderful art on the walls. Best hotel experience in quite a long time. Did not use the restaurants so cannot comment on them.

This was my first experience with the hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised with the service, the ambience and the facilities.

The hotel was swanky and comfortable. But I thought $5.50 for a single small bottle of water was a bit extreme.
