It had a great location. The hotel staff was not helpful, a burned out light never got replaced in room after repeated attempts to have it replaced and it took three hours to have a crib brought to the room. The rooms looked nice and sumptuous but they did not have a refrigerator or a microwave.

It provides good service with clean and roomy accommodations at a reasonable price. It is centrally located and they have coupons for breakfast and wine tasting at the nearby shops. We would stay there again.

The hotel and its rooms are very clean; they have comfortable beds and a friendly staff. Considering we were there for a wedding, during the weekend of Danish Days, service was superb. The hotel was difficult to get to with the street blocked for the parade, but we worked it out.

We stayed in Solvang at the Royal Scandinavian Inn as it was the only place I could find that still had rooms left in town. We were very happy with the hotel. The check in was swift, the rooms were a good size, nicely furnished and had a little balcony as well. The lobby area was large with a nice atmosphere and a fireplace. The location of the hotel was very good as well and we could walk all around the town and go to restaurants straight out our front door. We did pay full price (rack rate) for the room so I would suggest trying to book a little in advance as we did overpay. We would stay here again if coming back to Solvang.
