The place is old and shows it. Service is worst. I have to ask for towels from the front desk, cause they don't replace the used towels. Bed sheet has rust/blood stain. The bed covers were dirty. The air in the room affected my allergies.Bad hotel a

We stayed here on our honeymoon and hated it. The staff made absolutely no attempts to accommodate us. We weren't allowed to check into our room one second before 4 p.m.
On our first night, we found that our room was infested with ants, and they refused to move us or do anything for us. We were told that Florida has a lot of bugs and we should deal with it.
I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. We've stayed on-site at WDW resorts since this nightmare trip and have been very happy.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. We were treated very well and enjoyed our stay. Its in a central location to Orlando, and their theme parks are incredible. Its a reasonable price for a 4 star hotel, no complaints.
Its a great place to stay for your Orlando trip with or without the kids.

The stay was OK, but we left a camera charger in the room and we have been calling for 3 weeks and left many message on the (lost and found) voice mail. No one has ever called us back and the charger actually costs $90.00. I feel like theres no way I can get help at the end.
