I love this hotel. This is our second stay and it was fantastic again. It was decorated for Christmas and I really felt like I was in paradise. There was much attention to detail and I felt like a valued guest.

The hotel's location, pools, restaurants were excellent. But the in-room items were not as nice as those in most Loews's Hotels (i.e., no bathrobes in rooms, small bathtub/bathroom).

When you join Loews First program, you are supposed to get a welcome gift. The hotel desk messed up on this and we received nothing.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Royal Pacific Resort, A Loews Hotel.

If you're going to Universal Studios this is the only place to stay. The food is great and within walking distance. The pool is wonderful and for all ages. The rooms are fabulous with a continuously stocked refrigerator and a wonderful bathroom. We would go back again and again.

This hotel made me feel respected: Little things like doorman opening doors way before I approached them and all hotel staff wishing you a good morning, afternoon, etc.

The place is beautiful and very exciting. I took a boat ride right out of the back of the hotel. The boat takes you all over Universal Studios. We ate in the hotel restaurant, and the meal was exquisite. We ordered room service for breakfast.

This hotel made me feel secure: The employees I came in contact with were so wonderful and the place was so grand that I just assumed the security was great. Also, nothing at all bad happened, and I have not ever heard of anything bad happening there.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Royal Pacific Resort, A Loews Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
