It’s great for Universal. It has fast access to the attractions. It’s a very good hotel but a bit too pricey.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When we arrived to check-in, the staff was extremely friendly. We had just come from our wedding reception, and the ladies at the counter were complimenting my wedding dress and asking us questions about our reception. They brought us a drink while we finished checking in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Pacific Resort. The service was much better than we expected, they really went out of their way to continue the Universal experience at the hotel.

Overall it's a very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. It's in a great location and has a beautiful theme. The front desk check in associate was not as friendly as I would have liked. Also, the luggage storage associate demanded a tip when I felt he did little. The room was not ready right away and the hotel did not come through on a promise to call when it was ready. Be careful of the luggage storage people demanding a tip if your room is not ready.

You get a front of the line pass for the theme parks. They have a great pool and service, fantastic landscaping, and decorations in the resort. They also have great bedding.
