Unit our family stayed in was clean and well maintained - units are privately owned, but on site management maintains units that are available for rent. The pool, spa, beach ocean are literally steps away, which was great for our kids. The younger child was able to play safely in the pool while the older one explored the beach. Space station, port and Cocoa Beach are minutes away. We also took a day trip to Orlando to go to Disney (less than a 1 hour drive).
