Royal Mansions Resort

Unit our family stayed in was clean and well maintained - units are privately owned, but on site management maintains units that are available for rent. The pool, spa, beach ocean are literally steps away, which was great for our kids. The younger child was able to play safely in the pool while the older one explored the beach. Space station, port and Cocoa Beach are minutes away. We also took a day trip to Orlando to go to Disney (less than a 1 hour drive).

not real well known and not a hip resort, but we liked it due to close to the ocean, price, full kitchen saved us a ton and although we were not there for a launch, the launch pads can be seen clearly and easily from the beach there. we had so much more room than the normal hotel at better prices we were shocked that we were able to get a room. We wonder why the management doesn't advertise more but we figured that was our gain. We will be going back especially if we can arrange around a launch. Interesting too is that we found a lot of Florida residents use it for a beach get away so i guess being a native has its advantages, visitor from the Midwest

Great set up with the pool, beach, grills, port, all within easy reach! Quiet and relaxing. Great condo with owner touches since all units are individually owned. Great breakfast and free wine/beer and appetizers for the adults. Will stay again and bring the kids!
