We come to this motel when ever in Tunica. It seems the property has been remodeled from the last time, and all was wonderful. Our room comfortable and clean, had new carpet, fresh coat of paint. The hot shower was nice (a little extra water), shampoo interesting, and coffee gourmet, clean nice smelling linen. Wireless internet worked well. Very courteous staff; I felt they are conscious of what people want and think. We specially enjoyed the breakfast which was better than most motels. Overall a great value for the price. I think you will be impressed.

My first trip to this hotel was last year for a roping, it was awful, the manager was rude, the rooms were ran down looking and not very clean, even the lobby was dirty looking, I chose to give this hotel another try, and was i greatly surprised, soon as I walked in I met the manager Linda, who was so kind, the looks of the hotel including the outside of it, had changed, my room was very comfortable and clean. I say to all yes give this hotel a try.

This place is a total dive. Rodent droppings in drawers, bugs in the bathrooms and dirty rooms. Oh, don't forget the rotten service and rude manager. We were only give 2 towels per room and it was like pulling teeth to get extras. They don't deliver phone messages and are confrontational when they are approached. Stay away from this one. It needs to be bulldozed!

We were told that the Delta Plantation Inn had a pool, but we weren't told that the water in it was green from algae.
