The motel is clean and neat with the usual features for this type of motel.

The price was affordable and less than some of the more expensive motels in the same area. The best feature of this motel is how close it was to shopping and dining. KFC is directly beside the motel, with Waffle House across the road and also a car wash, convenience store and several other fast food places to eat within one mile of the motel or walking distance.

The rooms were clean, neat and spacious. We plan on staying there again. The only negative aspect to the motel is the handicapped parking spaces are not located conveniently to the handicapped rooms. We had to park on the other side of the building from our room. Our room was directly in front of the pool and to get to our van we had to go through a walkway between the building and around to the front of the motel. There were rooms on the same side as the handicapped parking, but they were not handicapped rooms for some reason. That was not acceptable for us and made it very inconvenient for us to go from our room to our van. Thank goodness it wasn't raining while we were there.

I didn't understand the rationale behind their set up for that. The handicapped room was also not easily accessible either. The pool was directly in front of the room and that made the walkway in front of the room narrower and less accessible, but the rooms in front of the handicapped parking spaces were easily accessible and unobstructed by other structures like steps or the pool. I think they need change the rooms for handicapped guests to the front where the parking is or put the parking in the back where the rooms are. That would have made more sense to us.
