I can't believe there's a rating of 10 here. I contacted America's Best because this place was bought and is no longer one of theirs.
I arrived to bulletproof glass and a nasty woman who screeched into my face through the glass! The rooms were horrendously filthy, not a bar of soap or anything in the bathroom. I had my child cover her pillow with her coat and I did the same. My husband never pulled the top coverlet down. We barely slept as it was.
Don't be fooled, this is a flea-bitten hotel in a seedy part of town!
