They have filthy carpeting in main area. Zero security, as they have removed the card readers from the doors between the buildings. We were told the place was a resort style hotel and had been completely renovated. If so, we sure didn't see it. The bedding should be tossed in the dump. It was full of dust. Don't even put it on your list to consider.

The staff was very kind, but they don’t let you check in until 3 pm. So don’t get there early.

The rooms were clean, its an old Wellesley Inn. It needs some improvements done. I couldn’t find a drink machine anywhere in sight, even though signs were posted saying this way and that way to a machine.

My room was clean, but in past reviews, the floors were dirty, not vacuumed the whole time I was there. The shuttle service was a one time pick up in the morning for MK and Epcot with one bus for 7 hotels, I had to stand the whole way to the MK that morning. They pick up at 9 pm at MK and 10 15 at Epcot.

The breakfast was continental, no sit down restaurant. This hotel was not equipped for internet service at all. They have an internet machine in lobby for 1.00 for 5 minutes of service to check emails but no way to print them out. They couldn’t even print out my itinerary for my plane tickets so I had to wait until I got to the airport and stand in line.

The hotel is located right across the street from a PUBLIX so that made it easy to do some shopping, after you crossed the four lane hwy if you walked. No signals to let you just walk across the street.

There was a Pizza Hut across the street directly in front of hotel. And a karaoke bar attached to the front of the building. The lobby is directly in front of lake which was nice. There was a one time service of coffee in your rooms. So you better ask for some before you leave or you wont have any the next day. There was a microwave and fridge in the room no extra charge. The toilet did run for a little while then it stopped after I flushed one time. Every room had a balcony, so that was nice. Just not any good views from the room but of two hotels on the left and right of your building.

But anyway I would stay here again if there was nothing else available.

I made a reservation through a central number and with American Express, I had all parties on the line to confirm certificate use with a three-night stay, it was confirmed. I arrived at the destination and they would not allow my reservation, I was told maybe there was no availability. I'm a single mom with a five-year-old and was told to basically go somewhere else after driving four hours. Needless to say, after two hours on the phone making and confirming my reservation, the person on the phone did not know procedures and I was out of luck. I have very bad feelings with this hotel.
