Dirty dirty and dirty. very dissapointed.

My family always stays on Disney property but they were booked so we went on line to find an inexpensive hotel for the night. big mistake, the staff was nice but the hotel was very out dated and dirty. i just did not feel safe at all. when we talked to the person taking our reservation we told them we always stay on Disney property he told us we would not be disappointed that it is equal to what we are used to ( what a lie ) rugs were never vacuumed, bathroom was dirty the tub mat was supposed to be a almond color and it was brown, it made me sick to think i had to put my son on that. the counters were only wiped on top not on the front, and the smell of the whole place was awful. i wouldn't let my kids even sit on the bed.

the elevators did not work so we carried luggage up 4 flights of stairs just to carry them right back down the stairs 2 min later i just could not stay their.

needless to say they still charged me for the night stay and to top it off the charged me an extra $25 cancellation fee we just could not believe this. now this was a wake up call for me to never book any thing on line or any place that i have never seen in person either.

this place is terrible do not stay for any reason.. and do not use the on line service they are CROOKS .... i would not recomend this place to my worst enemy.

i no you get what you pay for but you can stay right on Disney property for $25 more than what you would spend for this place and it would be $25 well spent just me on that

The check in clerk was extremely kind and accommodating considering I mistakenly made the reservation for the following weekend!! The room was very satisfactory with a king size bed, fridge and microwave and balcony! For the price we paid we did not have high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay there again. Also during our trip we stayed at a more expensive hotel but found we preferred Royal Celebration for the following reasons: location, friendly staff, wider selection of television channels, price.

Dirty and air conditioner kept making a loud noise that woke me up in the middle of the night. Beds were hard. Pool was dirty; water wasn't even clear. Bathrooms were so out of date, was caulked over several times. Bathtub was dirty. Bad location-hard to get to; and people were screaming in parking lot at 2am. I had to ask for a pool towel at the front desk. Just a nasty place to stay for the amount we paid.

It was very nice. We had no problems.
