Disappointment

I came to have a wonderful visit to the Tourist capital of the world for a vacation to spend time with my kids. When I found that there was a nearly a puddle of water dripping on top of my bed, I nearly passed out. Don't ever judge a book by its cover.

Nice Place but needs fitted sheets

This was the second visit to this hotel while attending the World Yo Yo Contest. The hotel is beautiful and grounds are spectacular. Pool is great with ample seating and plenty of umbrella tables. The Lite Bite cafe was perfect for the needs of the young guys who didn't want to eat a formal meal. The Grand Ball Room was perfect for the event and chairs were adequate. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Only issue was the lack of fitted bottom sheets. Just sitting on the beds would cause the tucked flat sheets to come undone. Invariably my morning part of the body would be on a bare mattress. Sorry but a 4 star hotel just needs to have fitted sheets. Otherwise a great place.

They have roaches

Our room was loaded with roaches, the sheets were dirty. When we confronted the management about our room, we were told that since we were on vacation we should enjoy the city and stay out of our room. Don't make the same mistake we did, stay somewhere else. A motel 6 would be an upgrade!

The hotel was located on the international driveway, close to area attractions. It was overpriced and it was not really worth the cost.

Their standards are slipping

I have used this hotel for the past four years. Their standards this year were greatly reduced. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, one time beds are not made up, they have no clean towels, the night manager is less than helpful, no apologies, and their food is overpriced. I will not use this hotel again.
I am not likely
to return to the Rosen Plaza Hotel.
I
would not recommend it to friends.

The check-in employees were not empowered to handle reservation mistakes and the evening and night managers were less than helpful. It had a great location but nothing special. Given the price I expected more, such as better service and more extravagant rooms. They had good prices in the gift shop. They had a nice pool area and a unique outdoor spa.

The location was fine and the room was very comfortable. I had an awkward check-in, my room was checked out to someone else! It took some time to get me a room that was not, as requested, near an elevator. Overall it was a good experience.

It's in a perfect location, close to everything. The staff was awesome. One of the best values I have ever gotten in staying at a hotel. They had great food and great prices. The staff was over the top in their friendliness. It's a great place to relax.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff met us at the door and was welcoming and sincere. Not overly attentive just right
