It's pricey, but good if you like the high dollar feel of the elevators, lobby, and restaurant. Otherwise, go somewhere cheaper.

I had a hard time finding the hotel.

The lobby areas were not vacuumed in the ten days I was there. The maid staff did not speak English enough to be understood. The food was very expensive and not varied enough.

It is a very nice hotel and the location to the convention center is excellent.

The rooms were clean, the amenities were good and the location was close to attractions.

The hotel was great. Our only problem was that the room still had not been made up for the day at six-thirty p.m., this only happened once though. When a supervisor checked around twelve-thirty, we told her it had not yet been done. We had to call when we returned in the evening. I would use this hotel again.

It was fine.

Overall it was satisfactory. The front desk clerks were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The substitute housekeeper did not leave the requested toiletries for my roommate. We felt she could not read English. The location is convenient to the Convention Center, bus line, and trolley.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was professional.

I went there for a meeting in 2005. It's a really nice hotel with excellent transportation provided. It's within walking distance to the convention centre so really convenient for me. One concern is there aren't so many very good restaurants around, I mean, if you walk. Since I was there attending a meeting, during lunch time, sometimes I have to walk to pretty long for a juicy hamburger. But if you rent a car, that's another story, Orlando is full of fun.

I don't have any complaint about the room, also the service was great. They do have a beautiful pool.

I have stayed at this hotel three times and have always found it to be a very enjoyable experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The on-site restaurants are very good. The local free transportation is very convenient.

The hotel was old and not very clean. The air conditioning had a nasty smell.

It was very luxurious - but larger than I usually like. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The hotel is in a good location.

The location was great, further down from the hustle and bustle on International Boulevard. The hotel lobby area is beautiful and the rooms were clean. But the beds were as hard as a rock and if you do not valet park, the walk is very far from self-parking to the hotel.

It seemed to be a very well-run hotel. They were very quick to respond to my problem. It is a good, moderately upscale hotel.
